Born in Wilmington, DE, and raised in Cecil County, MD, Justin Mayse learned early that hard work, perseverance, and kindness were more than values — they were a way of life. Those same principles became the heartbeat of the company he would eventually build.
Justin’s first passion was baseball, and he played at the University of Maryland before an unexpected injury changed his path. That competitive drive and dedication quickly translated to a new dream: creating a company built on craftsmanship, trust, and community service.
After six years in the painting industry, Justin took a leap of faith and founded MPC Painting & Contracting — a business grounded in quality, customer care, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Today, the company has grown to offer complete painting and remodeling services, helping homeowners transform their spaces with skill and integrity.
Justin refuses to call a project complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. Using top-of-the-line Sherwin-Williams products and premium options like Fine Paints of Europe, he ensures every finish reflects the competence, pride, and professionalism of MPC.
